About

Three roles, one delivery function.

Shipping a system takes three roles: someone who makes the right architecture decisions, someone who builds, and someone who keeps the team moving predictably. Large organizations hire all three. At 50–300 employees you can't — and that's where projects go wrong: a technical decision made by default, development without direction, delivery without cadence.

Trameo exists for companies of exactly that size. One delivery function, three hats:

The hatWhat you're actually buying
Solutions architectA de-risked decision — including the list of what not to do
Lead developerSoftware, shipped — and a team still capable after we leave
Scrum MasterPredictable delivery — a cadence, not surprises
The name

In weaving, la trame — the weft — is the thread that crosses the vertical threads and holds the fabric together. That's the job: the thread that runs across your systems — order, production, customer — and makes the whole thing hold.

Who's behind it

Trameo is a boutique firm: a senior core carrying the three hats, surrounded by a proven network of experts — development, data, cloud, security, user experience — mobilized per engagement, two to six collaborators at a time. No bench of consultants to keep busy: everyone on your file is there because the scope calls for them.

Leading that collective, Gloire Lomami, solutions architect, lead developer, certified Scrum Master (PSM I). B.Sc. in Computer Science and Software Engineering (UQAM). Twelve years of engagements in manufacturing, telecom, logistics, connected products and financial services. Trainer and conference speaker. Works in French and English. He leads every diagnostic and answers for every delivery.

Sandrine Ndandu — president and director. She owns the company's governance and administration — the framework that lets delivery keep its promises.
